Authors are invited to submit original papers not previously published nor submitted in parallel for publication to any other conference, workshop or journal. Research and research-in-progress papers are invited in the areas of information technology, information systems, software engineering, business, social and health informatics. This may include qualitative research which uses information technology to generate and/or collect qualitative data (e.g. blogs, emails), or which uses software tools designed expressively for the qualitative researcher (e.g. Nvivo, Atlas, Leximancer etc). Researchers are also invited to propose discussion panels. Detailed specifications about paper and panel submissions are outlined under submission details. Contributed papers are subject to rigorous double blinded peer review, and accepted papers published in the proceedings will receive an ISBN number.
