Please note that accommodation costs are NOT included in your registration fees. Whilst the conference organisers will make the booking at both these venues on your behalf, delegates are required to settle their own account on departure. A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required to secure bookings at each hotel and hotel deposits may not be refundable if cancellation occurs within 14 days or less from the date of arrival. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of arrival and for ‘no shows’ a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation may apply Below you will find other venues that are available near the conference venue.
