Final Submission Guidelines

Deadline for camera-ready manuscripts: 19 May 2011

SUBMISSION VIA THE EASYCHAIR SYSTEM

Please revise your accepted paper and upload a Portable Document Format (.pdf) version of your camera-ready paper via the EasyChair system (http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=pacis2011). Late submission will not be accepted..

FORMATTING

1. General Instructions:

  • Language: All manuscripts must be in English.
  • Page Setup: Your paper must be formatted for A4 size portrait page setup, with a 2.54cm (1-inch) margin (top, bottom, left and right).
  • Paper Length: Page limits are 12 pages for Regular papers and 7 pages for Research-in-progress papers. These limits include all text, figures, tables and appendices, but exclude the cover page, abstract, keywords and references. Small departures from these guidelines would be acceptable.
  • Title Page : Each camera-ready manuscript needs to have a title page. Only the title of the paper, the information of all author(s), and the abstract should appear on the title page (first page).
  • Page Numbering: For the camera-ready manuscripts, please do not include page numbers.

2. Make sure your paper is formatted as required by PACIS 2011. Download the word template.

3. It is important that participants maintain integrity in their submissions. Scholars submitting camera-ready manuscripts to this conference thereby attest that they have read the AIS Code of Research Conduct and that the work submitted by them is in accordance with the Code in all respects.

Papers that fail to follow the above instructions will be removed from the program and the conference proceedings without further notice.

POSTERS FOR RESEARCH-IN-PROGRESS PRESENTATIONS (12:30-1:45pm, Sunday 10 July 2011)
Accepted Research-in-progress papers will be presented in an interactive format as posters during PACIS 2011, and will appear in the PACIS 2011 Proceedings. Authors of accepted research-in-progress papers are required to bring poster-size presentations (in LARGE TYPE format, with a maximum overall size of 36”x48” (91cm x 122cm) for display at their interactive session. A0 paper (841x1189mm or 33x47") stationery is our preferred size.

AUTHORISATION FORM
A standard authorisation form must be filled, signed and returned for each accepted paper. Only the principal co-author needs to sign. The PACIS 2011 conference committee assumes that the signing author has the authorisation of the remaining co-authors. You can download the authorization form here (MS WORD Version, PDF Version).

Please upload the signed authorisation form together with your camera-ready manuscript to the final submission system or fax it to +61 3 9349 4596 before 19 May 2011.

REGISTRATION
In order for your paper to appear in the conference program and proceedings, at least one author must register for the conference before 19 May 2011 and present the paper in the conference. Online registration is available on the conference website at http://mlaa.com.au/pacis2011/registration.htm.
