Accommodation costs are NOT included in your registration fees. Whilst the conference organisers will make the accommodation booking on your behalf, delegates are required to settle their own account on departure.

Single/Double (Room Only) - 1 x King bed	$190 per night
Single/Double (One Breakfast) - 1 x King bed	$212 per night
Twin Room (Room Only) - 2 x Queen beds	$190 per night
Twin Room (One Breakfast) - 2 x Queen beds	$212 per night
Please note: Breakfasts ordered separately from the incluisive accommodation with breakfast rates above will cost $28.50 per person per day.

Oaks Casino Towers (Fully Booked)
One Bedroom Apartment (room only)	$189 per night
Two Bedroom Apartment (room only)	$259 per night

A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required to secure bookings at the Oaks Casino Towers. Cancellations 7 days or less prior to arrival will incur forfeit of one nights accommodation deposit. For ‘no shows’ a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation may apply

One Bedroom Apartment (room only) Please note: minimum two nights required	$168 per night

A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required to secure bookings at the M on Mary Apartments and hotel deposits may not be refundable if cancellation occurs within 14 days or less from the date of arrival. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of arrival and for ‘no shows’ a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation may apply.
