Insurance...
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses.
The Insurance should cover loss arising from the cancellation of the conference by the organisers or a person’s inability to attend due to any reason whatsoever. No responsibility is taken by the conference managers for any person not holding insurance.
Accommodation...
Your accommodation can be selected as part of the conference registration process. Please do not contact the hotel directly. Accommodation costs are provided under venue and are not included in your registration fees. Please note to secure your accommodation booking you are required to pay in full prior to the conference.

Cancellation (Terms & Conditions)...
ConferencelT (a trading name of Martin Lack & Associates) as organiser of the event on behalf of AIPM is pleased to provide refunds for cancellations advised in writing by COB Wednesday September 8.
You may substitute a colleague at any time if you are unable to attend.The delegate fee will be charged for delegates who do not attend the meeting and fail to cancel prior to 8September 2010. Non-payment of an invoice prior to the event does not automati- cally cancel your registration.
