ICT Awards

There are seven categories of award:

Application forms are linked to each category above and can be downloaded.

The following information includes key points about the awards program as well as the step by step process for entering the awards.

Key steps in nominating:

  1. The first thing all nominees must do is REGISTER themselves with the easychair awards program. You will be asked to supply your details as well as make a selection of the category that you wish to enter. Go to: https://www.easychair.org/account/signup.cgi
  2. You may enter a project/application/individual into more than one category but the submission must be re-written to reflect the different characteristics of the category. It is up to the Nominee to select the best fit Category for their project. If Nominees need further assistance please contact the Management Panel.
  3. Once registered you will be able to make a SUBMISSION by providing the details of your particular project or company at: https://www.easychair.org/account/signin.cgi?conf=acsqawards2011 Only one nomination file can be uploaded for each submission.
  4. Once you have established a submission you may return at any time to UPLOAD A REVISED SUBMISSION. You will need to use your Paper # provided by easychair.
  5. When you are satisfied with your submission you can cease applying changes. This final version will be the one submitted to the judging panel so it needs to include material covering each of the criteria.
  6. Nominations must adhere to 250 words per criteria.
  7. All nominations must be uploaded by midnight Thursday 10 March 2011
  8. Student nominations must be uploaded by Thursday 10 March 2011
